To make a payment, enter the Patient’s Name and Account number in the box below then click the “Make Payment” button. The Account number can be found on your statement. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. You can also pay directly from your bank account by using one of the ACH options from the drop down menu on the next page. Payments are made through a secure web page hosted by Transaction Express and receipts are automatically generated by email.
